By accessing and using the Francopass application (hereinafter "the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.
Francopass is an educational application designed to help foreigners residing in France prepare for the mandatory civic exam and naturalization interview. The Application offers quizzes, study sheets, and educational resources based on the citizen's handbook and frequently asked questions during the civic exam and prefecture interviews. The civic exam is now mandatory for naturalization applications, resident permit applications, and multi-year residence permit applications.
To access certain features of the Application, you will need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Application offers different subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Payments are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be issued for the current subscription period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
All content in the Application, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Francopass or its content providers and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use of the content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, prepare derivative works, or otherwise exploit any content from the Application without our prior written permission.

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Francopass will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Application.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content available on the Application. The content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting on the Application. Your continued use of the Application after the posting of modifications constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
